- Universities.cz helps you choose the suitable university study programme.
- The full package of your application documents needs to be submitted first via e-mail then via post to Universities.cz.
- Universities.cz submitts the documents to the chosen university for evaluation. After the admission office of the university reviewed your file and found it in correct standing, a Phone Interview is scheduled with the relevant Head of the Department of the university.
- If you are accepted by the academic representative, admission office issues a Contract for you and sends it to you.
- You will obtain the details for the tuition payment - bank wire transfer.
In order to receive documents for your student visa application, you will be required to pay the aplication fee and the tuition fee
- Once the required payments are received by the university and Universities.cz - documents required for the visa application are issued - the Accommodation Letter , official Acceptance Letter and Medical Insurance certificate with the confirmation of payment sent to you.
- You have to apply for a Czech student visa (this can take up to 3 months).
- Universities.cz needs to be informed as soon as you receive the final status of the visa application.
- Welcome programme is offered to you:
• Meeting you at the Prague airport and transfering to a new home place in Prague or other city
• Assisting you to arrange Czech Mobile SIM-card, internet
• Accompanying you to the university for a first introductory meeting
• Introducing you the city of Prague or other city of studies
