Basic (informational) package

1. Providing information on study opportunities in the Czech Republic

2. Providing help with the selection of the faculty of the future studies, the scheme of admission (Czech language courses or preparatory courses in English, the selection of the course)

3. Providing help with the admission process to the chosen faculty/institution, correspondence with the chosen institution on behalf of the prospective student

during this step of the admission the applicant is usually supposed to pay the tuition fee of the chosen course and accommodation fee fully or partly in order to get the confirmation of study/accommodation for visa purposes (depending on institution)

4. Providing the applicant with all necessary documents from the university and accommodation institution for visa purposes

5. Providing information on the process of applying for visa, information on obligatory diploma and certificate validation process, providing the applicant with the list of the documents required


* 50% of the payment is to be paid before the start of individual work with the applicant (art. 2), the payment of the rest of the services is the condition of the handover of the documents required for visa (art.4)

This package is suitable for more independent and adaptable applicants and includes mostly help and providing information before arrival to the Czech Republic.

Standard package

This package includes all the services provided in the Basic package and offers the following extra services:

6. Meeting at the airport and transfer to the place of accommodation/studies

7. Registration in the dormitory, help with signing of the accommodation contract

8. First acquaintance with the faculty/study institution, help with the process of signing the documents required

9. First registration in the Ministry of the Interior Department for Asylum and Migration Policy

10. Introduction to the public transportation network (trains, buses, city transport), help with the purchase of needed tickets

when purchasing this package the applicant gets right after his arrival to the Czech Republic a free of charge Czech SIM-card with the phone number he knows beforehand


* 50% of the payment is to be paid before the start of individual work with the applicant (art. 2), the payment of the rest of the services is possible right after the arrival and meeting in the airport (art. 6) or any time before arrival by a non-cash payment

This package includes the help with first orientation after arrival to the Czech Republic, help with necessary documents and administration on the first step after arrival.

Extended package

This package includes all the services provided in the Basic and Standard packages and offers the following extra services:

11. Providing help with the documents for diploma or other certificates validation procedure (translation, notarization, application)

12. Providing help with the documents for visa extension (obligatory health insurance, bank account creation, applying in the Ministry of the Interior Department for Asylum and Migration Policy)

13. Providing help with applications for university studies after finishing language courses, help with the admission process Providing all possible help with adaptation in the Czech Republic

14. Keeping in contact with the parents of the student on study and everyday life issues if needed

parents can get the information about everyday life or study aspects of student’s stay in the Czech Republic, they can also ask all the questions or ask for possible extra services
this package implies more comprehensive and individual care for every student, necessary consultations, advice and everyday help
student can contact his consultant at any time


* 50% of the payment is to be paid before the start of individual work with the applicant (art. 2), the rest part of the payment cost is by agreement

* the cost of services of legalized translator, notary and other administrative fees are not included in the price of the package and are to be paid separately

This package is suitable mainly for more demanding clients, it includes help with adaptation and consultations of any kind during the first year of study as well as possible consultations with the parents of the student.

providing support with the issues in the Ministry of the Interior Department for Asylum and Migration Policy
providing help with the search of extra courses of foreign languages
