The vast majority of organisations would agree that one of their greatest assets is the people who work for them. The MBA in Human Resources route prepares students to evaluate and critically reflect on the strategic importance of HR Management to the organisation. This concentration covers all the major aspects of finding, training, evaluating and retaining key staff. Considering the high cost of losing skilled people, and the negative impact on companies with high labour turnover, HR Management has become essential for companies striving to maintain their knowledge base. The focus subjects build on the core subjects to provide comprehensive knowledge of Human Resource Management.

Admission Requirements:

• Completed and signed UNYP application form
• Notarized copy of undergraduate degree - Bachelor’s diploma minimum
• Official academic transcripts directly from University, or a notarized copy
• TOEFL test certificate score or equivalent 213 cbt, 79 ibt required or IELTS Academic score 6.5
• Personal essay (a short essay)

• Two letters of recommendation
• 2 Passport-size photographs

• Motivation interview
