Postgraduate doctoral programme in the field of Manufacturing Technology is focused on theoretical and practical studies of production and manufacturing processes. Research is directed on various manufacturing technologies, including casting, forging, welding, surface treatment, machining, metrology and process planning and management. The research is often using combination of experimental approach as well as theoretical studies and mathematical modeling, including FEM.
